Delivery & Returns

Please make sure you have measured and checked that the item will fit through doors and into your home


If the item does not fit this is not a reason for a refund  


We attempt to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and aim to have your products sent within 5 working days. Delivery times given are approximate, and all items are sent via Royal Mail or in the case of fragile items or furniture we use a courier service.


​We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period, and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.


Items advertised are carried in stock for unless otherwise stated.


In some cases, delivery costs may be more than calculated at the checkout, in this case we may contact you to discuss this further.


We are not shipping to Europe, ROI or the Channel Islands at the moment, please accept our apologies for this.


Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with on Monday.


We want you to be happy with your purchases from Charlotte Rose Interiors. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty.

Goods that are received damaged will be refunded. In the majority of cases, if we can replace an item we will. We reserve the right to have an item/order collected and refund, rather than replace. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us. If your item arrives damaged please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We will also require you to supply us with photographs of the damage within 48 hours.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise, we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods. Please note that once we action the refund here in the office, it can then take between 7 and 10 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) to process.


All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and are all in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without any prior notice. We accept payment by Credit and Debit cards and Paypal. We have done our best to describe our items correctly at the time of the items being listed on our website. All sizes are approximate.




Charlotte Rose Interiors Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any item from the website. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged. Gift Vouchers will be dated from the Purchase date and will expire after 6 months from that date. Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.


If you are not happy with the items bought using your Gift Voucher, you will be refunded with a new voucher, dated from the date of the returned goods.
